Re: Tach Hookup in 93 cx (Mprezme_STi)
there should be a plug that isn't pluged into anything that has a blue wire that is the same one coming from the distributor. it is on the oposite corner of the battery. it is a plug with a black rubber covering the end that is where i spliced mine

u dont really have to splice it, i just jammed the wire in there and then put the black cover over it again and works just fine, just a thought

Re: Tach Hookup in 93 cx (XkjeldorX)
i have already tried a couple of places and i belive that was one of them but for all i know it could have been the wrong one also i tried tapping in straight off the distributor it gave me a signal but the gauge showed way off like 6k at an idle both of the wires are clipped and i tried this with 2 autometer brand gauges and it produced the same results ill poke around some more thanks
