Default How much do you pay for alignment/SoCal shop recommendation?

How much do you guys usually pay for an alignment? My EG is on Omnipower coilovers with Omnipower front and rear camber kits - I just had two local places (Sears Auto Center and a big tire place) quote me $90. Isn't that kind of alot?

Also anyone know a good alignment place in the Inland Empire? I remember everyone saying they go to West End Alignment but I think thats in LA which is kind of a drive for me...

I paid $45 for a tiny auto repair shop to do my 4wheel alignment. they had a computerized machine too (hunter). alignments on hondas are so easy i cant posssible see how ppl charge soooo much for them. only toe is adjustable on our cars. edit: the shop was in lincoln heights, east LA (east-los!) area.

Yeah that's what i was thinking - its so easy how could it be $90? I could do it myself easy enough if I had the computer rack that shows the numbers. I just want my camber to be the same on both sides and to fix my toe which I think is off pretty bad in front.

i have learned many'a'times not to trust alignment shops in san diego... just do it yourself. there might be a few writeups one h-tech. if not just ask the autocross/hpde guys...

express tire (clairemont):
express tire (downtown sd):
true line (Chula Vista):
firestone (la mesa):

Discount Tires. Lifetime ailignment. $150.

Wait, that was four years ago. Better yet, go ask em if they still have the lifetime alignment plans.
