Tach doesn't work after obd1 b16a swap into 94 eg using the d15b7 harness
So I did a swap an tach stop working. How can I check to see what's wrong ?
Swap a obd1 b16a in to 94 eg an used the d15b7 harness

The tach signal comes from the blue wire attached to the igniter unit inside the distributor. Check that wire for an open or short. If that's fine, then the igniter unit could be bad.

The blue wire exits from the distributor and runs to the cluster - test the blue wire. Then go from there.

Just because something is new doesn't mean it's good. Remember that.
1.) Test Your Blue Signal Wire
2.) Check your cluster and make sure the tachometer didn't break.
3.) There is a single blue wire on the driver side this is a Tachometer Test Connector, Cut this connector off and wire up a aftermarket tachometer to it if your oem cluster tach went out.
Lemme know if i can be of any help.
By the way i have this same swap jdm b16a into my 95 eg.

If you have a multimeter, it's pretty straightforward to test the blue wire that runs from the igniter unit to the cluster for an open or short.

Short test:
Unplug the distributor connector, and then measure resistance (Ohms) to body ground at the blue wire terminal. If the resistance reading is low (100 Oms or less), then there's a short.
If there's no short then do the open test:
Same test as above, except that you first ground the blue wire in the cluster connector to the metal frame under the dash. Now you should measure low Ohms (<100 Ohms) to body ground at the blue wire terminal in the unplugged the distributor connector. If not, the blue wire is broken or disconnected somewhere between the distributor and cluster.

So I did the first test an it read 130, then I grounde the cluster blue wire on the metal frame.an I did the first test again an no ohms

130 Ohms? Can you post a picture of your multimeter and how it was set to make the reading.
This^ suggests:

he blue wire is broken or disconnected somewhere between the distributor and cluster.

Your meter is set on the 200,000 (200K) Ohm scale. For the tests I recommended, you need to turn the dial to the 200 Ohm scale.
