RPM not working at all after swap!!! HELP!
Got an issue with my RPM tach not working at all.
Car is a '94 Civic CX with OBD2A USDM B18C swap. Its running a USDM OBD2A ecu. It has Rywire OBD1 --> OBD2A ecu jumper harness. Speedometer works and distributor works (brand new).
I checked the plugs going behind cluster and its good. I checked the blue wire on the distributor and it looks good. However it appears previous owner sliced into RPM wire on the engine harness side since the wires are exposed. However, its making good contact. So can this be the issue? I'm really stumped at this point.

Not sure with an obd2 ecu but I am putting a 99 gsr in my 94 vx. I have to run a wire from the blue wire on the dizzy to the tach.
