Default Swapped B16A2 in EK, often struggles to start or idle properly

I have 3 issues with this B16A2 in my Civic, using a P28 with a stock B16A2 chip.

The starter is fine, however sometime it takes longer to start the car.

Sometimes, when I start the car, it idles like ****, about to stall for like 10 seconds. Throttle response is slow at this point.

Sometimes, when I am waiting at an intersection, idle drops to 500 for a moment.

What the hell is wrong with this car? What should I look into? Could it be ECU, distributor cap/rotor/wire, some kind of sensor, bent valve? Can a chip fry an ECU?

No code, does a bad TPS throw a code? When it idles like ****, throttle response is delayed, is this a sign of bad TPS?

from my experience I would say that sometimes the tps doesnt even throw a code and yes if its not properly adjusted or its in bad shape then most likely your idle will drop and bog when your on neutral at a stop light. your throttle response will be delayed and so on. its easy to adjust.

I would say TPS ... I had the same problem with my old car and I changed the TPS and never had the problem again
