Icon2 Swap stock OBD1 b16a Sir2 into 00 Civic?

Sup guys im new to honda-tech and i really just wanted to get peoples opinions. I have a stock b16a Sir2 just sitting in my garage from an old project. Last i recall it runs great. I now have a newER car a 2000 ej8 and was wondering if i could throw that engine in and somehow make it obd2 since the engine originally was made for obd1. OR should i just sell it and get something else? if so how much would u pay for that thing? haha so much for being my first post. Thx in adv for the positive responses.

Default Re: B16A opinions

swapping a b16a obd1 into a ej8 obd2 has been done many times, google search or honda-tech search is your friend

youl need (off the top of my head) engine, engine loom, dash loom, ecu and gear links from the b16a. Conversion harness for the obd1 to obd2. 9k clocks from a vtec civic (matching the year of the 2000 model).

searching the net will help more, find a build where this has been done and read read and read some more
