Default Difference between OBD1 & OBD2 B16a's???

Is there a physical difference between the 2? I have a 2000 Si, and it needs a rebuild, so i'm thinkin about finding an obd1 b16a if i can find one cheaper, since its bein rebuilt anyways... Anybody know if a b16a from a DelSol VTEC or something else will work the same? I can swap all of my sensors and all of that from the '00 Si motor.
