what is the weight of oil suggeted to be running high rpms,,

Try reading your owners manual, do a search.

10W30 is good enough.

what kinda RMPs are you talking about here? it won't make a diff. as far as oil (unless you change your tolerances internally...) i was just curious what your plans were

for normal racers we use 10w-30 for people who are Racer X they use 5w-58

i always run some 5w30.. unless it has some small leaks then i will step up to like a 10w30
