Default Studdering and staling y7

Today I installed the apexi v-afc on my y7. Im using it because i plan on buying bigger injectors for my upcomming turbo project. After everything was installed i started it up and threw 2 codes. Code 3-Absolute manifold pressure and code 17- vss sensor. The car feels like it would if you gave it to much clutch. It sputters and wants to stall. If you give it a little gas and power through it, it will go. The v-afc is set to factory specs. Any ideas what could be causing this?
