Default stroking b16 help

does the ecu need reprogrammed on a 99 civic si b16 when putting a 1.8l stroker kit? poes anything need upgraded/changed??

Wow having seen you in this part of the woods for a good while.

I highly recommend getting a good management. Usually when you stroke you up the compression.

ya been working too much and i will actually have less compression than a stock b16 after i stroke it somewhere around 9.5 spent alot of time figuring it all out so i can turbo it too for sleeper appeal incase someone looks at the block

what management you suggest

every engine needs to be tuned to get the most out of it. once you start modifying a car the stock setting no longer apply. most cars can gain some power just by tuning with no other mods.

well thank you but what has to be done i know the stock setting no longer applies thats why i am here asking for help to know what it is i must do

Go Either Crome or Hondata. The first thing you should do is talk with a local tuner in your area and see what there more familiar with tuning and get suggestions from them then go with that.
