stock fuel pressure for b16
i have a b16a3 with the following mods:
aem short ram
dc 421 header
B&m fuel pressure regulator
apex ni exhaust with high flow cat
aem cam gears
msd ignition
p28 with jun chip
after putting in my jun p28, my motor has serious idle problems. i adjusted the fuel pressure to 38psi and am running without the vacuum line. it bogs when cold starting and is running rich. also when coming to a stop, it idles irratically and goes down to about 550-600 rpms till i push the gas then does it all over again.
is this the fuel pressure? is this cold start problem for a jun program normal?
what else could it be? fuel pressure too high?

Re: stock fuel pressure for b16 (EGB16hatchie)
I have mine @ 48 PSI with the vaccum line on. If it started doing this after you installed the JUN program, I would imagine that's the problem. But IMO 38 is too low. My bad I posted twice.

bumping up the fuel pressure to 44psi would only make it run richer. you guys had this problem? what else could i check/do?

It is 38. However, you should turn it up. Better to give it more fuel than less. I tried running @ 38 PSI, it just shitted out on me.
