fuel pressure too high!!! help
i got tuned a few weeks ago and my fuel pressure with vacuum off was set at 64psi and with the vacuum plugged up it was 53psi... now when i take a look at my fuel pressure off vacuum its at about 70psi and with vacuum plugged up its about 61-62psi... i try to drop the fuel pressure back down but it wont let me go under 70 psi with the vacuum off... the whole screw is backed up already and fuel pressure doesnt drop. do anyone know what might cause the fuel pressure not to drop? im running 720cc injectors, aem fuel rail, sx fpr, walbro 255 lph in-tank pump. TIA
dumb question but you sure your fp guage just did not take a **** on you?
If not then maybe your diaphragm went back in the FPR.

FPR can just go bad. Look at aem. Do a search for Fuel pressure regulator. I think when the diaphram goes bad the fuel pressure shoots up.
i know why its shooting up.... its not cuz the diaphram is bad its cuz i have the sx fuel pressure mounted on the fuel rail and the vibration turns up the fuel pressure... the question is why cant i turn down the fuel pressure.... i normally turn the fuel pressure down every other week or so cuz the vibration slowly turns the fuel pressure up. didnt get the chance to run stainless steel lines and mount it on the shock tower yet

I believe you should change out that SX FPR. I got the cheap B&M version and that **** never came loose on me. That baby is set at 44psi.
IMO I would put the stock FPR for now till you can change out the SX FPR to keep it safe.
