Default Stock B16a2 Si whp? (already searched)

Just making sure I know what kind of stock whp these cars make. I was under the impression it was in the 130-135hp range

yea sounds about right. Figure 160hp *15% drivetrain loss= 24, 160-24=136. Every car is different though so it's about right give or take a little.

the a2 puts out more than 160 rated. i think it's rated at 170 so calculate that again.

Nah its 160hp
GSR puts out 170hp.Maybe your thinking of a JDM B16 which I believe is 170.

yuh the jdm b16 puts out 170 and usdm 160

yea but he's talking about wheelhp, not basehp.
and he said the B16A2 (number at the end - USDM), not the B16A SiR II (no number at the end - JDM).
i'm going to say around 135-140whp as well
