That's pretty damn high for a usdm b16. 180 is fine.
Found this searching...

thats just fine. when I first got my motor it was all over the place (180, 190, 150, 175). Now though its 225 all across
But yeah its more about all of them being in the same range

why would swapping a motor give it more "horsepower"?
1320 times guna be diff for every car. could be anywhere from 15-20 seconds.

Too many variables, but a ballpark with a good driver would be anywhere in the hi 14s...
It's just 170hp

also you will get different numbers if you test it when its cold and when its hot. and sometiems the tester can be off alittle. i think its suppose to be 225 tested hot from a stock b16 from the factory. but the main thing you want to know is if all the cylinders are the same. you dont want them to be much more then 20 apart all together. but even then its still a alright motor.
