Default Still cant resolve my Code 9 issue

Im running a B16a2 in a 95 eg VX

Ok so I still have never solved my code 9 issue, atm I am on my 6th brand new distributor, my first 5 where from autozone/advance/napa and my current one is from Honda.

All the ohms checks are great, we have checked at every connecter and still checks fine even at the ecu. We have even used a broken ecu and cut the pins on the inside to check and see if the ecu connecter was good and it checked great.

We have tried 3 good working Ecu's We have also tried multiple chips in each ECU.

We are unable to put the ignition timing perfectly on with this problem. Also We have torn down the motor and reset the mechanical timing and its dead on!

Any suggestions would greatly be appreciated!!

As I am lost as where to go with this problem I have done uncountable amounts of research and have not found anything of any help.

Did you check for a short in the two sensor wires? This is done by testing for continuity to ground from each terminal in the unplugged ECU connector.

For the crank sensor im 99% sure its just there nothing plugged into it due to running an OBD1 ecu

Yea I checked for shorts in the sensor wires, I also spliced and soldered brand new wire/ and pins from the Distributor plug to the ECU plug.
