steering column removal for windshield wiper controll arm
Right now if I hit a decent bump or something, my washer arm falls down and turns my wipers on. I need to fix it, but cant figure out how to remove the column around the steering wheel to get to it. Any suggestions?

the plastic cover has like 2 screws in the bottom side.. should be pretty easy to see the spots

no the top has a clip to attach it to the bottom.. after the screws are off just yank on it, it should pop apart

Well I got the three screws out, but the piece isnt coming apart into two. I dont see any clips anywhere either.
Anyone else have any ideas?
