starting problems

i got problems starting the car when i drive for a long period of time...fuel pump primes and the fuel filters only been a month now?

Is this a no-crank or no-start problem?

96 civic 4 dr...stock engine has trouble starting...but dont really care now cuz im gonna swap that engine out...might take a few months
