Default starting problem

alright guys...

i know this is a civic thread but i need help on my 5th gen prelude...the car will not start!!!

im getting fuel, spark, timing is right.....i have NOT ran a compression test due to the fact i dont have a tester...

i have replaced plugs, wires, cap, button, coil, ICM...tried jump starting it...tried spraying fuel in the IM...

i dont know what else to do...please give me some more ideas to try...i need to get this running...

If you sprayed fuel into the intake manifold and it did not pop then you ether have no spark or no compression.
