Starter problem Civic LX 97 all D series starters compatible?
So recently my car has a hard time starting the starter wont click so i have to take out the key a couple times and than it starts today it didnt want to start period so i got my gf to sit and crank while i tapped the starter and it started right up
my question is are all D series starters compatible? does it matter manual or auto
im pretty sure that a D15 starter will work fine but i was just wondering to be sure cause ill be heading over to the Junk Yard tomorrow to pick up 2 just incase one goes out

you may wanna clean some engine grounds> i found i had a problem with my car doing that i cleaned a main ground and walah it cranked over every time. before i cleaned the ground it wouldn't click i would get power to the dash and everything but no start. i would check that before changing out a starter. if ur looking i believe i have a few spare starters but check ur grounds first..
