Default stainless exaust

Has anyone ever made their own stainless steel exaust? Or have you ever bought the material and had it bent up? I have access to good cheap material and I want some info on what size of pipe to use and what all other attachments I would need(muffler, pipe,???). I am also a welder by trade so that is not a problem.

Kill my performance? I meant to get it bent up at a muffler shop. It should work if they bend it and I put a racing muffler on the end. Plus it would cost me a lot less cash !!!

Sure, make one.

However, I feel that the time spent researching how big the primaries and secondaries should be isn't worth all the trouble.

Good luck, and let us know how it goes if you decide to do it.
