stage 1 crower cam?

stage 1 crower cam?
How much would the stage 1 crower cam and cam gears help my 99 coupe ex? would it give me any more acceleration or torque? would it be a stock integra with a b18b? Im knew to this and open to any suggestions thanks.

just the basics exhaust, header, intake, but im looking for something to give me a little more power. If you have any other suggestions please let me know thanks.

my first suggestion is to install it and take it to the dyno.
Every car is different, miles, setup etc... asking a question like this is pretty useless because of all the variables involved.
