Default spark plug fouler clearance question off converter

So a while ago i blew fuse 15 because my cat had a spark plug fouler in it and the o2 sensor wiring was rubbing against the shift stabilizer barr. Well I removed the de fouler and put my o2 in and ran great for a week then got the P0420 code last night.. is there anyway I can put that spark plug defouler back in and maybe hit that side of the cat with a hammer to bend it in a little to have clearance for the o2 so the wires do not rub against the shift stabilizer bar?

I wouldnt hit the cat with a hammer, but extending the wiring is an easy fix.
Soldering and heatshrink will fix ya

Do what yo have to do to avoid the 0420

I don't need to extend any wire.. I need the top of the o2 sensor to not touch the shiift stabilizer bar with the fouler.... who has done this. It is a manual car

Use an 90degree defouler
