Solid CEL, anyone help!
Okay, so heres the low down. When I got the Car the CEL engine light was on, checked the code with a jumper wire. Came out to #3 MANIFOLD ABSOLUTE PRESSURE. Ordered the part replaced it, reset the ecu the correct way and the CEL light went away. Checked it again the CEL light is SOLID. But it still didnt fix the problem. The car still wont rev past 5k rpm. anyone help me out really wanna get the car running.
0 (defined by CEL remaining on steady both without and with the service connector jumped) - indicates ECU power or ground problem when engine will not start; begin by checking the three main relay fuses and the G101 ground attached to the thermostat housing.

i was thinking the ecu is bad. try replacing it with a similar one from a friend. well make sure the ground on the thermostat is clean and tight. ecu power....better get a manual and a digital multimeter and start checking with key on and off.
