Default Checking for ecu codes, solid CEL. HELP

hey guys, Im just checking for codes on my ECU, with the SCS connected, the check engine light is a solid light, doing nothing(no flashes) does this mean its got no codes to give or does it mean some problem within the ECU?
I read solid CEL is a problem within the ECU on honda-tech, and apparently different on different versions of ECU? so anyone know on OBD2a what it stands for ?

A solid CEL with the SRS connected = No codes stored. Your good to go!
A solid CEL with the SRS disconnected = A problem with the ECU.
