sohc turbo, what is the best spark plug to use?
Hey guys i have a greddy kit on my D16.Im only running stock boost for now,5.5psi.What is the best spark plug to use? I have the NGK ZFR7F-11 (not in the car yet), which are 2 steps colder,And where am i supposed to gap them at? i heard .30?I was wondering what yall where using? Thanks in advance.

the ones you have listed should work just fine for you. honestly, if you are only going to be running 5.5psi i wouldnt even worry about running stock plugs.

it's definately a good idea to run 2 steps colder. if you run 1 step, and that's not enough - look out . if you run 2, and that's too much - you'll just have a fouled plug. 2 steps colder is the way to go.

Are the NGK ZFR7F-11 spark plugs the same as the NGK bkr7e-11 spark plugs?if not what are the differences? Thanks.

Use the 7 heat range, gap it to .030 . The reason you don't just get the bcpr7es-8 is because they take longer to get. Instead most ppl just get the -11 ones and gap them to .030-.032

Yep, thats what i did,i gapped them to .30, just put the ngk's in today.And it runs way better than the zex plugs i previously had in.
