Default SOHC ???'s

Looking to upgrade from the chitty d15 in my 92 CX to another SOHC. I will prolly go Turbo after that soo...

1) should i go with a d16z6? (How much whp stock?) 130?
2) D16y8 (Stock whp)

Which one, if there is a difference, is better suited for FI?

How much should i expect to pay for the swap, and where can i find them for cheap?

Sorry for the newb questions.... I just started looking at a sohc vtec because im on a budget, and need a swap... 70hp sucks.
