Default sir bumper with moldings?

okay ive searched this and i didnt really get anywhere so....I was just curious will an em1 convert to the 96-98 sir conversion no problem or will that headlights not mount right? and im saying the full conversion including fenders,hood,and bumper. Anyone have any info cuz im really loving the bumper moldings but love my b16 haha thanks

no ive been there but that says nothing about on a 99-00 front end. i just want to know really if the older headlights will bolt up to as long as i put the 96-98 front end on it? but thanks for the help

if you do the conversion you will need the whole conversion headlight's fenders hood bumpers the work's

okay thats what i said! haha i was just curious if the frame is the same around the headlights. by saying that im assuming it is if you know what you are talking about so thanks. any other input just in case from anyone else?

I don't know off hand if the core support near the headlights will need to be modified, but I doubt it. For the '99-'00 front on a '96-'98, you usually hammer in the front corners on the inside of the headlights. And that has to do with the front bumper not ramming into those corners. The '96-'98 front on a '99-'00 probably won't have any issues with the parts not fitting because of the corners.

I know there's a member from the NW who did this though. His user name is "nicholas".. but I can't remember how he spelt it (it was spelt oddly).

Unless you're talking about the moonroof visor, wheels, stripe, eyelids, grille, lip, etc., you'd get it the same place.

There was no coupe with these bumpers, but the sedan rear bumper fits the coupe. Any '96-'98 front bumper fits any '96-'98 Civic.
