jdm amber clock for an ek install help
ok i have an ek hatch and i wanna install and amber clock the clock fits perfect with screws in the climate control but i cant find the plug to plug it in i kno its hidding somewhere anyone did this and kno where its is? pics? thankss

USDM '96-'98 Civics don't have the plug.
When you order the clock from overseas, you need to ask for the pigtail too.
Oh, and the clock was available elsewhere than just Japan too.

got the pigtail too but i just searched and found that usdm civics dont come with the plug for the clock on its harness. guess i have to just splice it into my dash/radio harness

ya there's no other way around it. its really basic, match the colors and ur golden. i couldnt find the right wire for the dimmer tho. my clock is always bright and is always on lol. i gotta figure it out but too lazy to *** with it.

That's the way I did it. That way you can see it when it's light out too.

just got mine in. so just making sure...there's one wire that doesnt get connected? im guessing thats the red/black one?

but quick question...did you connect the ignition and dimmer together? because thats the only time mine lights up.
