front end conversion

I have a 95 gsr and if I would convert the front bumper to a 99-01 front bumper, is there anything else i would need besides the bumper itself and the headlights??

you would need the fenders headlights bumper and thats it the hood is the same

i didnt know the fenders different, I cant really tell! It looks the same to me.

fenders are the same. you just need the bumper, headlights and turn signals. I've done it myself so I should know.
