single v turbo vs gsr

Which will be faster a 92-00 civic hatch single cam vtec turbo @ 8-12psi, or a stock gsr motor in a 92-00 civic hatch?

PSI dosen't really matter. A boosted HB D can beat a swapped GS-R HB, done right.

Barely. Whats the point then? The money you would spend on the boost would buy you the damn swap.

maybe because D series parts are easier to find, and are cheaper to replace?
