Ive got a 2000 Civic Si. the trouble im having is loss of power car on idle runs great under a load like crap. ive changed o2's the fuel filter spark plugs. checked timing its good. also when it hits vtec it doesnt go vtec works just flattens out. the CEL is PO172 i think. its fuel system to rich. any help would be great before i go spend a ton of money getting it looked at. thanks everyone.

check all you IVAC and TPS type connections... i had a similar problem with my jdm b16 and it was a bad tps connection.

Is it possible you have sticking injectors? Did you reset the ECU after changing the sensors? Commas and more info could help.

yes i have reset the CEL's and still same problem.it all started after i put a new VSS in.

put some lucas injector cleaner in ur gas tank and tell us if that fixes it.

also forgot to say that my vtec feels like im hitting the rev limiter at 6k rpms
