HELP HELP HELP should i buy this del sol???
hey h-t..... this del sol has been in my hood for a while and never saw it move... im lookin for my first car (i'm 17) and just went over to the house and asked if it was for sale.... they said yes and they want 1,500 for it!! i was like WHAT?!!! so i looked around the car... it looks ok.. needs body work (paint,lil rust here and there)....it looked like they had some pep boys wing on it at one point (holes still on the trunk, but not rusted)...it also has some bootleg exhast, lol .. it has 170,xxx miles on it... but the inside looks un-touched (no radio)..i have not seen the engine bay... i have not test driven it (doing that tomorrow) so i just wanted to know if some of you older guys could help me out!??

it ok... the driver side fog light is not in place... the driver side tail is broken... the holes from the wing.... it really needs to be painted.... the inside is spot less.... it even smells good... missing the left hand side corner.... one of the tires is flat..and its been siting there for god knows how long.. and i havent seen the bay.... i planin for a b16 swap.. so ill just ride this motor out till then.... hopefully i can haggle the guy to drop it to 1k!!!

I hope you know how much Del Sols run for. They're ridiculously priced similarly to EG's but higher. $1500 is a deal. Though talking it down is always mandatory. Never buy anything for the asking price firm or not. I'd pay $1200 tops. But then again think about it. If he said $2000 you'd try to get it down to $1400 and think you're getting a good deal. Its a mind game.
