Default Should i buy this d15 with turbo setup?

Im having a hard time deciding if i should buy this d15 motor and most of a turbo setup or not. My buddy bought all of this and decided he wanted to do a completley different set up and he just wants to get rid of it and is willing to sell it to me cheap. Everything is new except for the turbo (IHI turbo) but it is re-built, the motor and tranny, downpipe, and turbo manifold.

along with the used stuff i would be getting new

greddy turbo timer
spec stage 2 organic disc clutch
act 8 11/2 lbs flywheel
vortech fmu
aem fuel rail
aem fuel regulator
unorthodoxed racing pully with two belts
autometer boost gage
neuspeed tiebar

all for $750

I'd get it... but I'd get a new pully system at the same time.

Go for it. if it's already got the turbo buld up pn it and you can get it cheap, then do it. Just take off the UR pulleys, those are trash, put the stock Honda harmonic damper back on, it was there for a reason.http://overboost.com/story.asp?id=1283

aem sells a pulley kit, and they require you to leave the harmonic balancer on.
