SC is okay for moderate power gains, but if you want some whoop-*** power turbo is the only way to go. As far as reliability, if you tune it correctly and drive smart, the turbo will be just as reliable as the SC for daily driving.

Turbo= too much maintanance required
N/A= get up and go.......
sc= get up and go...... faster
I would go with supercharger, less headaches and a lot less modifications.
