running on 2 cylinders, cel 7 & 14
So I searched and searched and couldnt find what I needed.
I just put a d16y7 in my 95 cx, I used the cx ecu harness and accessories, when It came time to get the motor started it started right up but runs like *** and throws phantom codes 7 & 14, so I replaced both the tps and iacv off of my old motor that I know to be good. Still throws the codes after clearing them. Now it seems to be running on only cylinders 1 and 4, I checked the timing, firing order and replaced plugs and wires. The dizzy is off of a good running car. Its getting fuel and spark (injectors off of good running car as well.) so what the expletive could be causing all this???

Re: running on 2 cylinders, cel 7 & 14 (Luserkid)
im running a chipped p05 with crome on a stock p06 map. I think the intake mani is off of a d16a6, not sure cuz it came with the motor. But I got it all figured out and the car is running fairly smooth now. I did a compression check and saw good numbers and rechecked fuel and spark so I decided to play with the tps since I kept throwing that code. turns out when I replaced the bad tps I missed the little key that turns the sensor with the throttle, after I got that sorted out it ran alot better which allowed me to realize that there were some other small things wrong.
