rrrr... i found gold treasure.
well i dropped my oil pan again today due to a bad oil pan gasket leak and look what i found! Well i know my turbo is bad (new one is on its way), it has tons of shaft play. So could it be the turbo or maybe something a little more severe.

yep...rod/main bearings are starting to shed. keep your ears open for a knockity-knock in your near future.
