Again, you need to find a better mechanic. Diagnosing this problem is not complicated at all for anyone who actually knows how a car works.

No I haven't got new CV axles yet,ran into health n financial problems but will do next month ..ty for replying

I recall my em1 had an issue where the passenger side axle shaft just backed out of the joint and I lost motion. Thank god I had just pulled into a gas station. I suggest you replace the axles and not repair them as you probably don't know the condition of them.
