Their two screw on top of the cluster cover. Take them then out and the cluster cover will pop right out. For the cluster itself, their 4 (or more.) screw that holding the cluster in.

Nonono
DO NOT TEAR THAT THING OUT IF ITS AN EG!

Carefully with a fine flat-head scredriver Pop the Hazard button out of the dashboard *You can pop off the button cover first it shouldn't break, and then put the screwdriver into the button to pop it out* and there will be one phillips head screw behind the hazard button you need to remove along with the 2 in the top of the shroud behind the steering wheel or you will break it off.

Then yes, there are 4 screws holding the cluster itself in, and it should be plug and play.

you have to pry out the hazard button, then theres a screw behind that and then the two up above the clutser. then four more after you take the dash piece off.

i installed the jdm cluster but it seems that the back light and the turning signal lights are not working. on the back of the gauge cluster, i saw a bit of green rust to a remove some with a piece of soft sandpaper. i also unscrew 2 of the lights bulbs to see their condition. on one i could not tell and i think it was were the turning signal lights up. but on the other bulb it look burnt. can anyone tell how to work my way out of this and were can i fing these gauge cluster back panel light bulbs.

Bulbs are available at any auto part store. Start with them, that's the easiest/cheapest fix.
