Just use a flat head screwdriver and carefully pry/pop it off...be careful not to crack the emblem or scratch the base of the grille unless you don't care.

k, pop the hood and take out all the little pop pins across the top of the bumper between the headlights. There are 2 8mm screws in each wheel well. After you pull those out, you can tilt the bumper forward enough to unscrew the H off the grille. You might want to put a cloth on each fender, cause the edge of the bumper tends to rest on them. Good luck with it. You'll love it without the H. Right now my car only has the H on the trunklid.

on the back emblem use doubled up dental floss. You can assure yourself no scratches that way and its very easy. Also use it to shave off the si or civic decal which I did as soon as i got my si.
