Default removal of seats

trying to remove rear seats got everything off but the back rest part......how do you remove it thankgs

they are connected where they split flip them down lift up the fabric a little and disconnect all the bolts in the plates that are on the back side of the back rests there should be 3 plates 2 bolts in each plate 6bolts all together. once you do that one side should just come right out and the other side there will be one more bolt in where the back rests split take that last one out and youll be golden

i have a question about my seats.. i have a sparco roadster. it has both bottom and side mount holes.
i also have the base for the seat. and the sliders. WHY THE HELL WONT THEY GO TOGETHERRR. the thing that makes the sliders go back and forth knocks the seat because it sits too low and sparco never said i needed risers. so does anybody know where i could find/buy the solution to this?

they're the 96-00 civic brackets. i got it directly from sparco. i just need to find out where to get some risers or side mounts that raise the seat.

never mind when i was typing the message the post about the 94 hatch part wasnt put up the directions i gave were from a 96 coupe. try this thread

how far do you have to lift it? try running down to the local hardware store buy like 1/4 in steel flat drill holes where they need to be put them on the seat bracket get longer bolts if needed then bolt them up to the seat

it has to be a 3 inch raise. tried home depot but it didnt turn out to fly. lol
