Re: Rear Disc Complete setup
It's actually the other way around. The 4040 will send more pressure to the rears.
You DO want to change the prop valve when you change to rear discs.
And it's 4040, not 40/40. It's a 4-digit ID number. It comes from the 90-93 Integras or the 94-97 NON ABS Integra RS. The 94-97 one will bolt right in, but it's rare. The 90-93 valve isn't a perfect fit but one bolt hole will line up, and the valve will sit a little further off the fire wall. You can swap the bracket from your old valve, but you need a set of torx-security bits to get the bolts off. And be sure to clamp the two halves of the valve together securely if you attempt the bracket swap. Honda is VERY specific about NEVER disassembling the valve body. I have personally remove the two screws from a prop valve, and it does fall appart with fluid and springs going every which way.

BTW: You need to do some more research. I don't know if DA e-brake cables will fit.
Best cables to use would be 92-95 Si cause they are a direct bolt-on.
I used 94+ Integra 2dr cables, but the drivers side had one bracket that doesn't line up. I had to fudge that one by drilling a hole in the underbody and using a self-tapping screw or a body bolt from the auto-parts store.

Re: Rear Disc Complete setup
It will bolt right up.
You can also find a proportional vlave from a del sol with rear disk and use that 4040 proportional valve.
As for the da brake setup its a perfect fit.

Easy swap to do for the most part and well worth doing. Depending on what your over all goal is this would be a perfect time to swap out bushing while doing the swap. Good luck
