JB weld may quick fix it....but I would only see that as temporary while I was ordering a new rad. Aluminum rads are nice but $$
A replacement rad would be just fine and $100 or so is easier to float. A dual core DelSol Vtec rad would be a nice in between rad. upgrade.

http://www.radiator.com
You can try the search function but you won't end up with the correct part number, you will get the single core rad instead.
1-800-248-8720
Give them a call or email asking for the Vtec DelSol dual core radiator. The part number is 1275 or 12** something like that. Cost is $127 and it ships quickly.
Note: you will need to get larger hose clamps and strech your D series hoses over the B series size hose necks on the rad.
