The del sol radiator is a dual core radiator. It cools a little better than a single core but you will be fine with your stock one. You don't need to upgrade your radiator unless you are having a cooling problem cause by the radiator being to small.

my bro put in a gsr radiator for ***** and giggles, but if you dont have a budget that will work, just keep the stock and everything will be kosher

The water inlet and outlet are different sizes between d-series and b-series engines. your best option is to use a 00 si radiator as it will fit your oem fan. If your willing to swap fans as well the del-sol vtec radiator is dual core.
So 00 Si for direct bolt in and Del-Sol Vtec for upgrade but requires a fan sawp as well.
