Default quick swap question

if a b16 comes out of an EG6 in japan... ( sirII or whatever it would be) can you use those oem mounts to install the motor into a USDM eg hatch?... ive always been under the impression that you couldnt and you have to resort to the integra drivers side/tranny mount setup.. or aftermarket

whats the low down?

thanks!
