im about to go pickup a 96 Y8 head to build a mini-me swap. my dx coupe got a bad headgasket anyway so why not. Head is pretty complete just no dizzy. can i use my dx dizzy till i get the right one for that head?

I know i Should use the Y8 intake manifold better air flow but should i use the Y8 head gasket as well. I know i will need to remove the oil jet and figure out wiring up everything else but car should run with the head swap done and the vtec solenoid disconnected since i don't have the correct harness?

Can someone clarify these couple questions?
