92-LS-Civic

On my LS swap in my 92 civic hatchback, i have aloways had a abnormal idle. I set it to 750Idle. but it only is that maybe %50 of the time. that or else it like 550-650 ish and 900-1100. I am cruising around and all is fine, then i come to a stop and my idel drops to either the 550 or 900 mark. sometime it will idle at 750 but like i said 50% of the time. What do you think it is. I have not tried replaceing my EGR valve and my vacume lines are from my old car i believe. So possible vacume leak or bad pcv? Tomarrow im gonna pull the pcv and check it. As for vacume lines any suggestions? My gas milage isnt all that great either i get about 22-25 miles to the gallon. I have a b16 tranny. Also, only mods are cai, lightened flywheel.
