Prostart auto starter 94 del sol tach wire
i have a 94 del sol vtec that came with a prostart system already installed. pretty much all the functions work except the auto starter. When i hit the button, it starts, stays on for 5 seconds, then shuts off, and repeats this process 3 times. when the car is on the starter stays engaged the entire time. i looked up the manual and it said if it does that to check the tach wire. turns out that the tach wire isnt hooked up to anything. ive tryed hooking this wire up to:
1) a21 on the ecu(p75)
2) blue wire on dizzy(the plug with only 2 wires)
3) every wire on the tach at the back of the cluster
4) ground
5) positive
which wire can i hook this wire into or how can i make it work with out this?

Sounds to me like you need to enable tach instead of current sensing on the unit. Otherwise, you have to learn the tach signal still. I usually just get the tach wire at the driver side of the engine compartment as there is a tach wire right by the firewall.

look on the harness next to the driverside shock tower, brake master area, the single blue wire that is connected to nothing usually taped with blue tape to the main harness . . . thats your tach feed wire
I don't have my car yet or I'd go take a pic for ya couldn't find one on google.
