ne one kno what would be the best thing to do? my car got some cut springs wit tokico shocks, n now the front right hits the bottom of the fender whenever i make a bit harder left turn... i want to make my car a bit higher, cuz its simply too low n its like that when i bought it, so will i be able to make it higher by getting some new springs to replace my cut ones? or should i get coil overs which will cost more...?

ur fine with new springs, i had suspension tech lowering springs on my first hatch w/ tokico illuminas. good set up for the cash (cheap cheap)

just grab a set of coilover sleeves. You can pretty much adjust them from stock to about 3 or 4inches lower than stock.

You obviously know your problem is the cut springs. However, I'll tell you why, so you'll understand better how to fix it:

OEM springs have a soft spring rate, so cars with OEM springs have a lot of body roll. When the soft OEM springs are cut, the car is lower on the suspension, but it still has the same amount of body roll. With the suspension lowered and the body rolling, things will hit.

Aftermarket lowering springs have a higher spring rate, so they are stiffer. The stiffer springs eliminate some of the body roll, which will stop things from hitting each other under there. The only downside of stiffer aftermarket springs is that they ride a bit bumpier than OEM springs.

So yes, getting rid of those cut OEM springs in favor of some aftermarket springs should eliminate your problem. You don't really need to spend the extra money for coilovers, however they are a nice thing to look into - you can adjust the height of the car exactly where you want it; there is no guessing as to which aftermarket brand-name spring will have the height that you want. There are also a few handling benefits of coilovers vs. a shock & brand-name-spring combo, but I won't get into that here.
