Default problem with heat need help

I have a 99 civic with a jdm d15b turbo and since i did the swap the heat never worked. I am cooling the turbo using t's from the heatercore lines. I tried flushing the system then tried changing the tees thinking if both heater core and turbo inlet were on the same line it would not feed the heater core properly, I changed the thermostat and still no heat. when i put theheat on there is heat for like 15 seconds and then turns cold. What could it be winter is coming very soon and i need heat

im pretty sure they do because i always have heat initialy but its as if the prestone in the heatercore is staying and not flowing causing it t oeventualy cool. becasue it works for a short period and stops then if i put it to cold air then back to hot it works agin for a few seconds
