Prelude seats
I heard that they will fit into a Si with a little modification. Can anyone tell me what needs to be done and is it a big job? Also, are there any differences between 4th gen Lude and 5th gen Lude seats? Thanks.

4th and 5th gen lude seatz are both made of carbon fiber... i weighed my boy protos 4th gen lude seat and it came out to 2.13kg on my coke scale, 5th genz are even lighter.. about fitting these seats into your si i would prolly just call domestic kitchens and have vinny make u some custom wood sliders.. when in doubt

That's uncalled for. But anyways, i think with the lude seats all but one bolt hole lines up so you can drive it like that which is what most do or cut and weld the last seat mount in the proper spot so you can bolt it up.

Re: Prelude seats (SilverCivic2k)
You could also creat some type of bracket that would give you the ability to return the rails to stock if you needed to.

Uncalled for? Yes.
But you guys have to admit that was a creative way for him to cover up the fact that he has no damn clue on how to really help the guy out with his question.

i thought you could bolt up the civic sliders to the lude seats and then match 'em all up to the civic's chassis? my lil bro has prelude seats in his hybrid and they're all bolted in...i'll have to check out how it's all hooked up and get back to ya.

Dont just buy the seats buy the rails too. everyone i know that put them in, all bolts line up with the lude rails, but noone can get the passenger seat to automaticlly move up when someone tries to get in the back....
